Silver Sky Development A 17-acre luxury development has been given the green light in Paradise Valley.

Paradise Valley Town Council has voted unanimously to approve Silver Sky Development LLC's proposed luxury community. Called Silver Sky, the luxury enclave near Invergordon Road and Mockingbird Lane will feature 12 luxury homes starting at $11 million. Homes will range from 7,500 square feet to more than 14,000 square feet, said Gordon Berry, founder of Silver Sky Development. "We do have a couple of lot reservations now," Berry said. "We will have our public report at the end of May. Once we get the public report, we'll be able to actually really sell. All we can do right now is lot reservations." Lot sizes range between 1 and nearly 1.6 acres, he said. Each home will be equipped with its own fitness area, oversized garages to fit car collections and indoor-outdoor living space. Click on the gallery below for a look at some of the architectural renderings of the project: There are no community amenities planned, Berry said. The design team for the project include Mark Candelaria of Candelaria Design Associates and Stratton Andrews of Stratton Architects, with Jeff Berghoff of Berghoff Design Group for landscape. Berry said he expects to start infrastructure work in June. "We've got two roads to build in June," he said. Scottsdale-based Retsy, an exclusive member of Forbes Global Properties, has been tapped to sell the homes. "We definitely have had a lot of interest forming over the last few months," Berry said.
