  1. How many homes will be in the community?

    There are only 12 parcels in Silver Sky, ranging from 1.1 acres to 1.5 acres, with 12 individual estates built within the community.

  2. Is the community gated?

    No, the two community streets will not gated.

  3. Can I bring my own team to build a custom home in Silver Sky?

    Absolutely, choose your parcel and bring your design team. However, Silver Sky HOA has design standards to ensure every home aligns with the standards of excellence our community is known for. All construction plans will need to be submitted to the HOA for approval.

  4. I want to build a home in Silver Sky, but I don't have a builder or design team in mind. Can you assist with that?

    Absolutely. We can advise you on all your options, introduce you to several options, and guide you through each step in the custom design and homebuilding process.

  5. What will residents have access to near Silver Sky? Silver Sky is conveniently located between several country clubs, providing residents with year-round golf and access to high-end restaurants. Luxury shopping at Kierland, the Scottsdale Quarter, and Fashion Square is just a short drive away, with numerous resorts and spas within minutes. The new Global Ambassador hotel sits just around the mountain, and Scottsdale Airport is less than 15 minutes away.

  6. Other than wealth, will the Silver Sky community have anything in common? While residents may share the commonality of wealth, those moving into Silver Sky intentionally choose to surround themselves with other determined and successful individuals. The commonality is a belief that engaging in a community and associating with people with similar work ethics and ambitious qualities can inspire and reinforce those traits within their own lives.
